MOSCOW, Dec 29 (PRIME) – The Russian government will try to maintain the 2022 housing launch levels of 100 million square meters in 2023, Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin said on Thursday.
"We hope to keep the level of 100 million square meters. This is not an easy task, many economic factors affect that, including people's solvency. We think that we will fulfill the task, we will pursue that," the official said.
The government will consider support measures for the industry if the launch rates slow down, he said.
